Baden counter towers combine the best features of tall serve-over and self-service counters. An original combination of remote refrigeration and natural defrosting ensures the total visibility of products on display. The counter tower version does away with the need for a rear service cabinet, slashes equipment costs and reduces footprint in the sales area.

The versatility of the Baden range is not limited to display capacity, but extends to the types of food that can be preserved: pre-packed fresh fruit and veg, cold deli, meat, cold cuts, cheese and fresh milk, bread, patisserie and pre-packed fish. Baden is also available in self-service and serve-over versions for fish and seafood, complete with ice bed cooling coil.

The Baden range is completed by semi-vertical open, unrefrigerated and hot case versions.
