**Arneg and Despar together to give back to the city its historical heritage**

In the wonderful setting of Prato della Valle, in Padua, Aspiag Service has inaugurated its new Despar store, located within the Ex Foro Boario, a historic building of Padua. The supermarket with its 500 square meters is part of a project for the renovation of the Ex Foro Boario, a monument built in 1913 and closed since 2000.

With the aim of returning this prestigious historical site to the city of Padua, **Aspiag, together with the Arneg Group, has created a supermarket with a new concept of shopping** where customers can buy quality products within a functional layout, totally surrounded by art and nature.

In fact, everything inside the store has been **designed and adapted to the historical building** - characterized by large central columns and large windows - and it has been enhanced by the presence of a lighted ceiling that represents the green plants of a park.

The Arneg Group has contributed to the preciousness of the building by supplying refrigerated furniture by Arneg and cold rooms by its subsidiary Incold.

Among the Arneg's solutions stand out:

- the **PANAMA 3P** cabinet, in both vertical multi-deck and semi-vertical versions, used for fruit, vegetables and ready-to-eat products;
- the vertical glass doors **ASTANA**, used to ensure the widest visibility of frozen products and facilitate the access to them;
- the serve-over-counter **SALZBURG**, in its hot cases version;
- the **SENDAI 2** island used here to display cold cuts and dairy products in promotion;
- the vertical **OSAKA 3P** ideal for soft drinks, yoghurt and cheese.

Finally, great attention has been given to sustainability thanks to **MINI BOOSTER**, the **efficient** **CO2 refrigerated system that guarantees the freshness of the products while reducing the environmental impact**.

For Arneg it has been a pleasure collaborating with Aspiag in the realization of a store that offers its customers quality products and, at the same time, give new life to one of the historic buildings of the city.

We hope that this project can be considered not only as a new business opportunity, but also as a virtuous example of requalification made by a good entrepreneurship able to do the best for the territory.
