# Deli and Bacaro “La Cascina” chooses Arneg

**Refrigeration on a human scale**

La Cascina is an historic delicatessen shop in Dolo, on the Riviera del Brenta. Since 1984, in fact, it has been serving its customers with love, offering cold cuts, cheeses and simple and genuine gastronomic dishes prepared daily in their laboratory.

And if for 35 years the loyal clientele has been accustomed to a quality service on a human scale, close to people, it is precisely in this warm environment that, on the occasion of the opening of the new location inaugurated in September, it becomes essential to maintain a recognizable and reliable style... even in commercial refrigeration.

**Arneg**, which **makes** **personalisation its strong point**, has installed beautiful **Venezia 2 Maxi refrigerated display** cases for La Cascina: perfect for the gastronomic world, fully transparent and able to enhance DOP and IGP products, malga cheeses and Slow Food products to the maximum.

On the worker's side, the ** Losanna 2** rear service cabinet looks elegant with its ** essential and squared shapes**, in line with Venezia 2 Maxi, giving the point of sale a modern and clean look, which places the products in the foreground.

Alongside, the Brioni 2 cabinet by Oscartielle, subsidiary of the Arneg Group, completes the interior design thanks to vertical volumes with wide visibility, totally panoramic shoulders and spacious shelves, here accompanied by double-glazed doors to reduce heat loss and allow significant energy savings.

**Congratulations to the team of La Cascina** that, also thanks to the most fanciful novelty of this inauguration, the "bacaro", built to perfection in accordance with the Venetian tradition, has been able to renew while **maintaining the link with the territory, even choosing Arneg**, which continues keeping the Made in Italy flag flying.
