### Patented food preservation

Arneg’s exclusive, patented Air System concentrates air circulation in special dynamic air blades to keep food products at a constant temperature and optimise the efficiency of refrigerated displays.

By keeping temperature fluctuations within an interval of 2°C, Air System improves food preservation quality, eliminates the need for defrosting and saves up to 37% in energy consumption.

Arneg Air System significantly reduces the temperature differential between the coldest and the warmest products, even in situations where the difference can normally be as much as 5°C. Constant temperature improves the quality of food preservation.

Our patented technology is available for all vertical refrigerated cabinets with doors, with remote or built-in motors.
